NRPA is looking for park and recreation professionals to assist in Preparing the Profession for the Future through the two professional certification programs. In conjunction with PSI Services, Inc., NRPA will be conducting a Job Analysis for the Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) and Certified Park and Recreation Executive (CPRE) programs. This analysis will review the recognized core competencies for park and recreation professionals and executives nationwide, shaping the CPRP and CPRE programs for the next 5 years.

We are looking for 15 individuals with diverse backgrounds and varying experience levels to assist with the Job Analysis.  Requirements include attending a two-day meeting on March 4th & 5th 2021 and a follow up meeting that will be held in the Spring/Summer 2021.  All meetings will be administered virtually.
